Sándwich caliente de Nocilla y plátano para camping
Receta fácil sin horno ni electricidad (ideal para viajar en el coche)
Viajar durmiendo en el coche o hacer una escapada de camping no significa renunciar a comer bien. Pero es cierto que contamos con nuestras limitaciones, ya que no siempre tenemos electricidad disponible para cocinar.
Este sandwich caliente de Nocilla y plátano es una de esas recetas que siempre funcionan cuando estás de ruta: se prepara sobre camping gas, sin electricidad, con ingredientes que no necesitan nevera y en pocos minutos.
Es perfecto como desayuno camper, merienda de camping o simplemente como un capricho dulce para un día de viaje.
Cómo hacer este sandwich caliente paso a paso
- Precalienta la sandwichera en el campingaz con un poco de aceite
- Unta una capa generosa de Nocilla en una de las rebanadas de pan
- Corta el plátano en rodajas y colócalas encima
- Cierra el sandwich y colócalo dentro de la sandwichera con el campin gas a fuego medio
- Dora el sandwich unos 2-3 minutos por cada lado, hasta que esté crujiente por fuera y caliente por dentro.
Al abrirlo, la Nocilla estará derretida y el plátano caliente 🙂
Por qué este sandwich es ideal para viajar en coche o en modo camper
Esta receta está pensada específicamente para viajar y cocinar con lo mínimo, a la vez que te das un capricho:
- No necesita nevera
- Se cocina con camping gas
- No necesitas horno ni electricidad
- Ingredientes fáciles de transportar y que encuentras en cualquier sitio
- Ideal para desayunos y meriendas en ruta
La clave está en usar una sandwichera para camping. Para nosotros, siempre os decimos que es el accesorio estrella de nuestros viajes porque muchos días terminas haciéndote un bocata, pero de un bocata corriente a un bocata calentito hay años luz de diferencia
Viajar cómodo también es comer bien
Una de las mejores cosas de viajar con tu cama para coche es poder parar donde quieras, cocinar algo sencillo y seguir la ruta sin depender de horarios y restaurantes, sobre todo cuando sales fuera de España y no terminas de amoldarte a sus horarios.
Si además conviertes tu coche en una pequeña base para dormir y descansar, todo fluye mucho más fácil: rutas, comidas, amaneceres y planes improvisados
